Asian Sport Jiu-Jitsu Federation (ASJJF) and counts toward the athlete ranking system. We are committed to providing a fair and trustworthy platform for all athletes who take the sport seriously. (02) 【 Entry and My Page usage 】 All registrations and changes must be made exclusively through the personal page (My Page). ▶︎ How to Register for the Event・How to Use the Personal Page ※ The above instructions are only available in Japanese. (03) 【 Secure Your Member ID Card 】 The Member ID Card is the official identification of the athlete within the federation’s system. It ensures that your information is properly registered and facilitates procedures during events. For the Member Card to be issued, the athlete must keep their registration complete and accurate. The federation will verify the submitted information, and once all criteria are met, the card will be issued. Issuance Requirements: ・ The athlete’s photo must follow the established criteria (face clearly visible, good quality, no accessories that obstruct identification). ※ Illustrative image of the photo should look like: ・ The submitted document must be an official photo ID (recommended: passport, driver’s license, etc.). The belt history must be properly filled out according to the guidelines below: ・ White belt athletes: provide the date you started practicing Jiu-Jitsu and the name of your instructor. ・ Colored belt athletes: record the date of each promotion and the name of the instructor who awarded each belt, from the first belt to the current one. ・ Black belts with degrees: in addition to previous belt information, include the details of each degree, with date and responsible instructor. ※ Only registrations that meet these requirements will be eligible for the issuance of the Member ID Card. Benefits of having a valid Member Card: ・ Easier athlete identification during events. ・ Faster official T-shirt pick-up. ・ Quicker check-in process. ・ Smoother official weigh-in procedures. ・ Better organization and integration of athlete data within the federation system. For black belt: ・ Free entry at events that charge admission (when applicable). ・ Authorized access to exclusive areas, such as the black belt corridor, during championships. (04) 【 Important notice regarding athlete registration 】 Athletes should complete their registration only after confirming that their schedule is fully set for the event date. If there is any possibility of schedule changes such as personal commitments, other events, exams, travel, family or work obligations, please refrain from registering until you are absolutely certain that you will be able to participate. This helps prevent last minute cancellations and reduces inconveniences for other athletes, ensuring smooth bracket organization and event operations. (06)【 NO-GI Uniform Requirements 】 Rash guard All athletes, of any gender, must wear a rash guard that is: ・ tight-fitting, ・ made of elastic material, and ・ equipped with a round collar (V-neck collars are not permitted). The rash guard may have short or long sleeves; however, sleeveless rash guards are not permitted. It must completely cover the torso down to the waistline of the shorts. The permitted base colors are: ・ black, ・ white, or ・ a combination of black and white,and the rash guard must clearly display the athlete’s belt color, in accordance with the criteria below: The rash guard must contain the athlete’s belt color in: ・ at least 10% of the sleeve area, or ・ at least 30% of the torso area (front or back). ・ Rash guards that are 100% in the athlete’s belt color are also permitted. ~ Important ~ ・ Rash guards will not be approved if the belt color is applied exclusively on the sides of the torso. ・ The belt color must be clearly visible from the front or the back while the athlete is standing in a natural upright position. ・ Designs that make belt color identification difficult may result in rejection during uniform check.Red details or graphics (such as logos, lettering, or design elements) are permitted for all belt levels, provided that:・ they do not replace the mandatory belt color, and・ they do not interfere with or obscure the visual identification of the athlete’s belt color. Shorts, Compression Shorts, and Pants Starting January 1, 2027, in addition to the current requirements regarding safety, design, and length, it will become mandatory for shorts to also display the athlete’s belt color, as described below: The permitted base colors are: ・ black, ・ white, or ・ a combination of black and white,and the shorts must clearly display the athlete’s belt color, in accordance with the criteria below: The shorts must contain the athlete’s belt color in: ・ at least 10%
